He commenced his professional journey under the mentorship of former Additional Solicitor General of India, gaining broad exposure to civil, criminal, service, and constitutional matters.
A.P. specializes in corporate & commercial litigation and dispute resolution, representing the Nuclear Power Corporation of India, NHAI, IATA, AAI, AIAHL, ONGC, TISS, HCI, LIC, etc. before the Supreme Court of India, various High Courts, and tribunals. He regularly advises on contentious aspects of transactions and agreements, combining strategic litigation insight with deep regulatory understanding.
He handles high-stake disputes across a wide spectrum of industries and possesses remarkable expertise in both domestic and international arbitration, including ad hoc and institutional frameworks.
A.P. has been interacting with and advising various ministries on policy issues, such as, Ministry of Road Transport and Highways, Ministry of Civil Aviation, Department of Atomic Energy, etc.
His current practice is primarily focused on litigation and arbitration related to mega infrastructure projects—spanning, nuclear power, national highways, telecom, railways, warehousing logistics, aviation and other complex commercial contracts. In parallel, he continues to pursue his long-standing interest in trial work, particularly in white-collar corruption cases under the Prevention of Corruption Act and pro bono matters.
